Welcome to my shiny new blog!

I have been thinking about starting this blog for quite a while now (at least a year) and just haven't had the motivation to really do it. I will admit that part of my reasoning is to make money...I mean who doesn't love money right!? My biggest reason for starting this is to document the journey of my life with my husband and our two fur babies. Let me take you back to the start of this journey....

That stud there is my husband Justin. We met at my brothers house in 2011 and for me it was love at first sight. A few months later I moved here to Redmond Oregon and started a whole new life. I was going to school and trying to find a job while living with my brother and his wife. Eventually I ended up moving in with Justin and on August 10th 2013 we got married! 

We have two little fur babies named Miah and Bella. Miah is a little pittie/border collie mix and Bella is a black lab. These are our babies and we love them so much! You will likely read a lot about them as they are a huge part of our life. In addition to those little cuties, we also have four chickens and four ducks. It's becoming quite the little funny farm out here these days!

At this point I should probably tell you what my intentions are for this blog. I am planning on sharing everyday tips and tricks that I have learned and that actually work (for me at least). This blog will have anything from homesteading/gardening tips to natural remedies for the fur babies and eventually I will hopefully be sharing my pregnancy/momhood journey.
